Personal Training is more than lifting weights. At A to Z Personal Training we know that considering all aspects of your life is the key to a successful program. These aspects include, but are not limited to; work/school schedule, home life and past experience with exercising and desire.  We try to address these areas by educating you and keeping your routines fresh and new to limited boredom.

Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes are offered throughout the week, to keep you motivated. We have a great group of people that attend fitness classes. Classes are fun, motivating and all levels are always welcome.  Proper progression is key for classes, however modifications are always given as options.

Fitness Assessment

The first step to a successful program is a Complete Fitness Assessment. Fitness testing gives us a baseline to effectively measure progress and establish your goals.

Nutritional Counseling

One on one fitness coaching is an effective way to get results.  My style of training is to incorporate exercises that work for your body type, your personality and of course your goals.

 

Sessions vary from client to client, as they are centered around providing the most productive and beneficial experience for the client. 

 

All one-on-one sessions are held in a full service fitness training studio. The privacy lends to more focused workouts, education and willingness to push one self when you do not feel judged. 

Whether you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle, enhance daily movement or increase athletic performance your nutritional needs will be addressed.

 

  • Food Journals

  • Meal Plans

  • Your personal Protein, Carb, and Fat needs (Daily % and Grams)

  • Learn about timing meals, proper nutrients and food swap outs.

 

Working together to design a manageable and realistic diet, that will not leave you hungry or frustrated. 

 

Nutrion Counseling is a part of all Personal Training Packages, this is the most efficient way to achieve fitness goals while addressing nutirional habits.

Ann Zammuto, B.S.

Certified Personal Trainer

 

With over twenty-five years experience as a certified

personal trainer, Ann Zammuto is known and respected in

the area for safe and effective programming. She has

worked with weight loss clients as well as athletes, in areas

of conditioning and nutrition for increased performance.

Ann has graduated with honors from UMASS, earning her degree in Exercise and Physiology and Nutrition. Her education and experience will ensure results due to progressive and innovative training.
